By booking services with ProClean Services of South Brevard, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Terms of Service:
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are, check, cash, Zelle, Cashapp, Paypal, and online invoice. Returned checks will incur a $35 fee in addition to any applicable bank fees.
Supplies & Equipment
We provide all of the professional cleaning products, tools, and equipment needed to complete your service. If you prefer we use your personal cleaning products or equipment, please let us know in advance.
First-Time Client Policy
All new clients are required to schedule an initial Deep Cleaning before beginning recurring Maintenance or Standard Cleaning services. This ensures that your home or business is brought up to our professional cleaning standards and allows us to maintain the space properly moving forward.
ProClean Guarantee/Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unsatisfied with any part of the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can return and address the issue at no additional cost.
Requests received after 24 hours may not qualify for a complimentary re-clean. Please note: We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
Damage or Breakage
We take great care when cleaning your property. If accidental damage occurs, we will notify you immediately. ProClean Services carries general liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items improperly installed or secured (e.g., loose fixtures, hanging art, blinds, or shelves).
Holidays & Weather
If your cleaning falls on a holiday or is affected by severe weather, we will contact you to reschedule. We make every effort to accommodate preferred rescheduling dates.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time, depending on availability.
Skipped or Missed Cleanings
We understand that things come up unexpectedly. However, to keep your home or office maintained at our cleaning standard, any skipped cleaning should be rescheduled within one week of the missed appointment. If service is delayed longer than one week, the next cleaning may take extra time and be billed at an adjusted or deep-cleaning rate.
Price Increases
Your cleaning rate may be adjusted at any time during the calendar year if there are any changes to living conditions, increase of people living in the home, or excess addition to furniture in the home.
Arrival Times
We are unable to give an exact arrival time for cleanings. However, we do provide a 2-hour window of arrival.
Reviews & Referrals
We value everyone’s opinion which is why we ask to please let us know how we did. Your feedback is vital for our company so we can address any issues and help us improve our quality of work. After each cleaning you will receive an email inquiring about your cleaning.
ProClean Services of South Brevard, LLC has a referral program. Please contact us for more information.
Limitations
Water and electricity must be present at time of cleaning. If neither is available, your cleaning will need to be rescheduled.
We can remove and haul away debris for additional charges.
No harsh chemicals will be used unless requested by client. We will not be held responsible for any damage it may cause.
We are not able to lift more than 25lbs unless requested prior so we can make accommodations.
