ProClean Services of South Brevard – Terms & Conditions

By booking services with ProClean Services of South Brevard, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. 

Terms of Service:

Payments, Credit Cards, and Cancellation Policy


1. Credit Card on File
All clients are required to provide a valid credit or debit card to be securely stored and processed through Square, a PCI-compliant payment processor. The card will be charged for services rendered as agreed.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Recurring services follow the same 24-hour notice policy. Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment.

  • In emergencies (illness, severe weather, etc.), fees may be waived at our discretion.

3. Authorization to Charge
By providing a card on file, you authorize ProClean Services of South Brevard to charge the card for services performed and any applicable cancellation fees in accordance with this policy.

4. Secure Payment Processing
All payment information is securely stored and processed through Square, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

Supplies & Equipment

We provide all of the professional cleaning products, tools, and equipment needed to complete your service. If you prefer we use your personal cleaning products or equipment, please let us know in advance.

First-Time Client Policy

All new clients are required to schedule an initial Deep Cleaning before beginning recurring Maintenance or Standard Cleaning services. This ensures that your home or business is brought up to our professional cleaning standards and allows us to maintain the space properly moving forward.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unsatisfied with any part of the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can return and address the issue at no additional cost.

Requests received after 24 hours may not qualify for a complimentary re-clean.  Please note: We do not offer refunds for services rendered.

Damage or Breakage

We take great care when cleaning your property. If accidental damage occurs, we will notify you immediately. ProClean Services carries general liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items improperly installed or secured (e.g., loose fixtures, hanging art, blinds, or shelves).

Holidays & Weather

If your cleaning falls on a holiday or is affected by severe weather, we will contact you to reschedule. We make every effort to accommodate preferred rescheduling dates.

Policy Updates

ProClean Services of South Brevard reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies will be shared with clients via email or posted on our website.
