Ensure sinks and dish racks are clear to allow for thorough cleaning and sanitization in the kitchen.

No, only if you would like to be. Many of our client’s open the home for us when we arrive, then leave to run errands. Some clients work from home, and we can work around you.

We are animal lovers too, and you know your pet better than anyone. If your pets are comfortable being around new people, then it is fine. Keep in mind that if your pets are sensitive to noises such as vacuuming then we recommend you place them in another part of the house for everyone’s safety

If there is ever a time that an area is not cleaned to your satisfaction, we will re-clean that area if you notify us within 24-hours. We do apologize but we do not offer refunds.
