• Clean mirrors and polish fixtures
• Dust vents and reachable light fixtures
• Vacuum all flooring to remove dust and debris
• Vacuum all flooring followed by a two-step wash to remove construction dust and residue
• Final detail wipe of high-touch areas

2. Bathrooms / Restrooms

• Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, and sinks
• Clean mirrors and polish chrome fixtures
• Wipe cabinets and partitions
• Comprehensive wipe-down of all accessible wall surfaces to remove construction dust and residue
• Dust vents and light fixtures
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Final sanitation of touchpoints

3. Breakroom / Kitchen Areas (If Applicable)

• Clean inside and outside of empty cabinets
• Wipe and sanitize countertops
• Clean sinks and polish fixtures
• Clean exterior of appliances
• Vacuum and mop floors

4. Specialty Areas (As Applicable)

• Medical Offices: Detailed sanitizing of exam rooms and high-touch surfaces
• Restaurants: Clean prep counters, stainless surfaces, tile walls, and accessible degreasing

5. Flooring

• HEPA vacuum all flooring

6. Final Detail Courtesy Visit
