Helpful Tips for Your First Cleaning
To help us give you the best possible cleaning, here’s a simple guide on how to prepare your home or business before our team arrives.
Secure pets or provide instructions for pet care.
Remove clutter from countertops, floors, and desks.
Put away fragile items or valuables.
Make sure pathways are clear for vacuuming and moving equipment.
Ensure adequate lighting for all rooms.
Make sure team has access to all areas (keys, codes, building access, etc.).
Kitchen: Clear dishes from sink and counters.
Bathrooms: Remove personal items from counters.
Living areas: Pick up toys, laundry, and clutter.
Special instructions: Let team know if certain areas require extra care (heirlooms, delicate surfaces, electronics).
What’s Not Included:
Ironing
Packing/unpacking boxes
Heavy Lifting
Cleaning/dusting Chandeliers or mini blinds
Cleaning behind or under very heavy furniture or appliances
Washing dishes/loading/unloading dishwasher (unless requested)
Pet waste or litter cleanup
Organizing closets, cabinets, or drawers (can be added as optional services)
